Now that you have a completed presentation, you need to work on how you would actually present it. This isn't a slide show that will run automatically but one that you would stand up and show as you talked. Don't worry, you don't have to get up and present this to the class if you do not want to though I'd love to see them if anyone wants to do this. What you do have to do is prepare like you are going to present your slideshow. |
Take some time and think about what you would say as you showed
each slide.
Use the NOTES section at the bottom of each slide to write down what you would say as each slide displays. These don't show when you run the slideshow but you can print the slideshow notes for use when giving your presentation. For an example of notes you might make, go and look at the slides on the sample presentation in the computer lab on computer #6. |
Do you have notes on your slides that help to explain what is on each slide? Then, Save Your Presentation and you truly are at THE END!
What do you do if the rest of the class is not done?
- Look around and see if any of your fellow classmates need help. If you do want to help, don't do it for them - just explain what they should do. OR
- Try your hand at creating a simple flip book animation using Powerpoint!
