Powerpoint - Candy
Analysis
Overall Design
Some things to remember about your design:
- The backgrounds should be consistent throughout the presentation.
- Don't use font colors that are too close to the background color.
High contrast design works best like a dark background with light
text or a light background with dark text.
- If you use images in your background make sure they are
appropriate for this presentation. For example, don't use a picture of someone
skiing on this presentation unless you counted your M&Ms
while on a ski trip!
- Don't use more than 2 fonts per slide.
- Titles should have a minimum font size of 36.
- Bullet points should have a font size of at least 24.
- Use bold, italicized or shadowed text or Word Art for emphasis.
Keeping all this in mind, go and set up the design for your
presentation. How do you do this?
- Use the Design Button to access standard templates and
standard color schemes. These will automatically be applied to all
of your slides. OR
- Select Format>Background to customize your background
the way that you would like. Make sure to apply this to all sides.
Do you have your overall design set up? Then, Save Your
Presentation as Your Name - Candy and continue with the
Title Slide.
