Once again, the title for this is up to you. You can always use the name of the slide for the title.

The expected percentage of each color can be found at http://www.mms.com/us/about/products/milkchocolate/

How you show this information is up to you - you could:

• Use bullets for each color showing what the percentage is OR

• Insert a table detailing the percentages (see below for more information) OR

• Insert a pie chart showing the percentages (see below for more information) OR

• Maybe you can think of another way to present this information?

Want to use the table option but don't know how?

 Just select Insert > Table in your presentation and set up a table with:

• 2 columns (one for the color name and one for the percentage) and 
• 6 rows (one for each color) 

and then enter the data you found on the M&Ms site: Name of the color in one column and percentage in the other column.

When you insert a pie chart directly into Powerpoint it brings up a standard chart so you will need to:

• Change the datasheet for the chart by:
  • Deleting the bottom 2 rows of information
  • Changing the labels on the top to be the color names
  • Entering the percentages you found on the M&Ms site in each column under the color names
• Change the chart type to a Pie Chart using Chart > Chart Type
• Change the Chart Option to show the Category Name and Percentage using Chart > Chart Options > Data Labels
• Click on and change the color of each pie of the pie. If you don't see the flood fill option, you will need to make sure the drawing tools are displayed.
