You may be able to find pictures in Clipart (use Insert>Clip Art or click on the little guy with a red shirt and then do a search) or there are pictures at the site above that you can copy and paste into your presentation.

How to Copy & Paste from a Web Site

Put your mouse over the picture you want to copy
Click the RIGHT mouse button
A menu will pop-up - Select the COPY option from the menu
Go to your Powerpoint presentation and click where you want the picture to go.
Click on the icon that looks like a little clipboard to paste the image into your presentation.
